Warranty Policy

So as to benefit from the warranty, you are required to bring the original invoice and the warranty card with the date of purchase and warranty seal on it. JOSE EBER  presents to its customers a limited warranty valid for the whole life on all systems according to the following terms and conditions:

 

The damaged system will be replaced under the warranty in case of any workmanship defect such as failure in heating or any other breakdowns caused by a defect in design or manufacturing. As for problems caused by misuse, erosion or break, such problems are not covered in the guarantee.

 

The system under warranty will be replaced free of charge within two years from date of purchase shown on the invoice. However, in case of lapse of more than two years from date of purchase, the system will be replaced against a charge of seventy-five (75) Saudi Riyals (equivalent to 19.95 US Dollars) to cover fees of shipment of the new product.

 

Damaged system is replaced by a new product which is completely identical to it, and it is not possible to be replaced by another product except in case that the same product is unavailable, and in this case it can be replaced by a system with a different color but of the same type and price.

 

If one of the systems sold within a group has a workmanship defect, the damaged system only will be replaced and not the whole group.
